Our kitchen offers traditional local dishes, not to mention our chef’s imaginative variations on these traditions. You can watch the preparation of our homemade luncheon meats, buchons of goat’s cheese, homemade chestnut flour pasta, and ravioli.

 

You can enjoy the beef from our own cattle, braised donkey, roasted suckling pig, our lamb or goat cooked in delicious spices, and finally our homemade breads and cakes. Local produce available at our farm are salame, cotechini (special pork sausage), mortadella (a type of bologna), bacon and pork rind, salami and small cured sausages made from donkey meat or from mutton, and goat cheeses.
